Pulso Del Sur is a newspaper and radio station in Jalpa, Zacatecas Mexico. Jalpa is a small town with a large population acquiring over 50 years of age and vibrant youth culture. The website for Pulso Del Sur needed a design that is easy to navigate for the older audience and it had to be visually engaging for the younger audience. The layout of the website is designed with easy-to-understand categories identified through color and tone. The website carries the concept of a diary aesthetic with simple paper texture and minimal but exciting color palettes. The exchange of opacity through the hovers on the links reflect the idea of potential, energy and information that wants to reveal itself.
